Shipping Policy
Online orders are available for shipping or in-store pickup from our Coeur d’Alene shop.
Here’s what to expect when your order is placed, from processing and shipping times to picking up your order in store.
Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped through USPS.
Orders placed on Sunday will begin processing on Monday, when the shop reopens.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking information. Delivery times vary based on destination and USPS service.
Please note that processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order before it is handed off to USPS. Shipping and delivery times are separate.
In Store Pickup
Select In-Store Pickup at checkout to pick up your order at the shop.
Pickup orders are typically ready by the next business day. You’ll receive a notification as soon as your order is ready, so there’s no need to make a trip until you’ve heard from us.
Orders placed on Sunday will be prepared beginning Monday.
Please pick up your order within 14 days of receiving your ready-for-pickup notification. Orders that have not been picked up after 14 days will be donated to our classroom.
