Sewing Machine Care & Repair LLC
We've partnered with Robert Warner, a local independent sewing machine repair technician, to provide convenient repair and maintenance services for our customers. Simply contact Robert to discuss your machine, then drop it off at Pink Thread. He'll take care of the service and return your machine to the store when the work is complete, making the entire process simple and convenient.
How it works
1) Contact Robert to discuss your sewing machine and the service or repair you need.
2) Bring your sewing machine to Pink Thread during regular store hours.
3) Provide your contact information and a brief description of the issue.
4) Robert will pick up the machine, inspect it, and complete the requested service or repair.
5) Once the work is finished, your machine will be returned to Pink Thread.
6) Robert will let you know when it is ready for pickup.
Services
Standard Tune-Up
Every standard tune-up includes a 49-point maintenance check and a thorough inspection, cleaning, and adjustment of your sewing machine according to the manufacturer’s standards.
Tune-Up Pricing
Basic machines (including many Singer and Brother models): $50
Mechanical and electronic machines: $85
Computerized and embroidery machines: $100
Additional Repair Labor
Some repairs require more than a standard tune-up.
If additional repairs or parts are needed beyond the standard tune-up, Robert will discuss the recommended work with you before proceeding.
Extended repair labor is billed at $50 per hour.
