FAQ
We are growing! Please excuse our dust as we continue in our endeavors to best serve you.
We cannot thank you enough for your support! Our vision is to build a community through our various services and products. As our reach expands, we will continue to refine and scale our products and services.
What type of fabric do you carry?
A beautiful variety!
We carry a variety of fabrics from high quality quilting cottons to apparel fabric.
Quilting cottons: Art Gallery Fabrics, Riley Blake, Poppie Cotton
Apparel Fabrics: Knits, linen, gauze, canvas, denim, rayon, polyester, lawn, wool, corduroy, velvet, suede, ripstop, muslin, lace, silk, embroidered fabric, shirting, and so much more.
Most of our apparel fabrics are sourced from deadstock. (refers to fabric that was originally produced for a brand, manufacturer, or designer but was never used. Instead of being discarded, the excess yardage is resold.)
Fabric Cuts
How small can we cut our fabric?
The smallest fabric cut we can make is 1/4 of a yard.
Our largest cuts available is 15 yards depending on inventory availability.

Class Policies
Scheduling, Waitlist, Class Conduct, etc.
We are so excited to create with you at Pink Thread! To keep our classes running smoothly and fairly for everyone, please review our class policies below.
48 Hour Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel your class reservation, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to the class start time.
Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will receive in-store credit. If space is available in another session of the same class, you may reschedule instead of receiving store credit.
Providing 48 hours’ notice allows us time to offer your seat to students on our waitlist.
Late Cancellations & No Shows
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before class, or failure to attend, are non-refundable and do not qualify for store credit or rescheduling.
Students using a class punch card will still have their card punched for late cancellations or no shows.
Waitlist Policy
If a class is full, you are welcome to join the waitlist at no charge. Payment is not required to be added to the waitlist.
If a seat becomes available, we will contact students in the order they joined the list.
Spots are offered on a first-response basis and must be confirmed within the timeframe provided.
Arriving Late
Life happens. It is perfectly fine to arrive late to class. We will do our best to help you get caught up as smoothly as possible, though we may not be able to re-teach missed portions in full.
Family Emergencies
We are a family-run business and understand that unexpected situations arise. If you experience a true family emergency, please reach out to us directly and we will create a solution.
Class Conduct
We strive to create a welcoming, encouraging, and safe environment for all students.
Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from class without refund.
Minimum Enrollment
Classes may be canceled or rescheduled if minimum enrollment is not met. In this case, students will receive a full refund or may transfer to another class.
Supply Responsibility
Students are responsible for bringing required supplies unless otherwise noted in the class description.
Class Homework
Some classes may include homework assignments to be completed before the next session. This may include cutting fabric, preparing materials, or completing portions of a project at home.
If homework is required, it will be clearly stated in the class description at the time of registration. Students are responsible for completing assigned homework prior to arriving at class so that instruction can stay on schedule.
