Welcome to Pink Thread Idaho! I’m Alexandra Gaul, the heart and hands behind each meticulously crafted piece. Nestled in the picturesque Coeur d'Alene area, I combine my passion for sewing with a commitment to quality, ensuring every item is as unique as the person it's made for. My journey in textiles began at the tender age of 13, fueled by years of sewing lessons and a stint as an intern seamstress. Though my career took a turn when I became an EMT and later led a specialized REMS team, the birth of my daughter rekindled my passion for sewing.
Today, I create unique, comfortable, and modest dresses for young girls, embracing the rewarding life of a stay-at-home mom. Supported by my husband, who assists with our market stands and is a sounding board for new ideas, I cherish crafting high-quality, distinctive apparel that celebrates the joy of childhood in our local Idaho community.
